Job Profile Summary
The Client Benefit Analyst provides support to client requests under the direction of the Client Benefit Managers and other team members. Responsibilities include handling daily request tracking, researching operational issues and running reports for internal and external clients upon request. The Client Benefit Analyst will provide project and administrative support to the team and work escalated issues as needed. Benefit analyst will be responsible for interpreting client intent for benefit set up, as well as setting up benefits.

o Essential Functions
o Act as secondary day-to-day contact for translating client intent and operational needs for clients and Account Management.
o Handle daily request tracking, reporting requests, and general inquiries.
o Resolve issues when possible and escalates as needed.
o Run customized and scheduled reports, manage performance guarantee tracking, and report distribution for internal and external clients as requested.
o Provide project and administrative support to the team.
o Complete special projects and support task forces as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
o Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, email and Internet.
o Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills highly desirable.
o Strong analytical problem solving skills.
o Knowledge of the health care and PBM industry and its products and services.
o Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
o Ability to manage timelines and meeting tight deadlines.
o Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
o Good organizational, prioritizing skills and ability to multi-task.

Training provided
Ability to identify if something does not look right and then be confident to ask questions about it.
Escalate as needed, prioritize, interpersonal and team working skills.

Strong PC Skills, Sharepoint, Ecel, ability to analyze and be able to see when something doesn't make sense, solid problem-solving skills. Detail oriented.
Intent from the client will include a lot of detail where additional questions will need to be asked.
