Kelly Services is seeking a Loan Closer 2 for one of the nation's largest diversified financial services organizations providing retail and business banking located in Pittsburgh PA.

Job Title: Loan Closer 2
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15212
Type: Temporary
Length: 3 – 4 Months (potential for extension)
Est. Start Date: November 2019
Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (w/potential OT)
Pay Rate: $20 - $24 per hour Business need for this role:

• Closer needed to support increase volume.

Top must-have skills / Candidate Requirements:

• Knowledge of the creation of the Closing Disclosure and fees
• Previous Mortgage or title experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills

Ideal Candidate:

• Realec AKA closing insight – Black Knight Product nice to have

Years of overall experience required:

• 2-4 years

Day to day responsibilities:

• Once loan is scheduled to close, closer will prepare closing disclosure
  • Ensure all info is accurate
  • Do all the updates to info that needs to be updated
  • Make sure closing package is accurate
  • Send package to closing company
  • Clear conditions.
