Compensation starts at $15.00/hr with monthly bonus opportunities

2nd and 3rd shifts with various schedule types based on availability. Up to $1.75/hr in shift differential opportunity available.

  • Take inbound calls from credit union members—no cold calling

  • Help resolve account issues and financial inquiries

  • Build rapport, provide excellent customer service, and impact people in a positive way

What we seek: customer service from head to toe
You love to talk, you think on your feet, and you smile when you’re on the phone.

  • Empathy and resilience in dealing with customers who need help

  • Superior customer service skills and financial understanding

  • Ability to validate high school diploma or GED for pre-hire required

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems/online applications

Training Information:

Training for up to 6 weeks will take place onsite at our corporate office in St. Petersburg, FL where you will learn the systems to transition to a work from home environment (performance expectations must be met). This is a remote role, however, applicants must be locally based, and live within a reasonable commute to our corporate office as business needs may require cross-training

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm

Corporate Office Location: 560 Carillon Parkway, St. Petersburg, FL 33716

Due to the fluidity of COVID-19 and PSCU’s commitment to safety, all new hires must be able to train from home if needed.

Remote Working Requirements:

  • Access to 50mps download speeds for home office

  • Access to a smart device (phone or tablet) with OS version 6.0 or greater, or for Apple device OIS 11.0 or greater (device can not be rooter or jail broken)

  • Remote employees are required to have access to a secure and quiet environment during working hours
