Job Title: Key Account Representative

Reports to: Assistant Brand Manager

Location: Broomfield, CO

The Role

The Key Account Representative is a compassionate solution finder with excellent listening skills. The Key Account Representative will support the customer experience department by delivering an elevated customer service experience and ensuring accurate and timely order placement, management and shipment from start to finish while maintaining a specific territory of key accounts. A strong candidate for this role is able to maintain a positive outlook while providing quick resolutions to meet customers' needs.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

* Answer inbound calls from dealers, sales representatives and in-house departments in order to assist and research various questions in a timely manner
* Process orders, returns, modifications, credit memos and debit memos for dealers and sales representatives
* Maintain the order books for accounts in a predefined territory of key accounts for specific brand(s) - HOKA ONE ONE, Teva, Sanuk, Koolaburra and UGG
* Provide regular reporting to sales teams with order book status and ensure EDI orders upload properly
* Communicate effectively with various in-house departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness with wholesale orders and shipments
* Coordinate with vendor compliance manager on key accounts while partnering with levelers and reservation specialists to maintain orders and reservations
* Build customer relationships - earn their loyalty and trust by being kind and helpful
* Adhering to department policies regarding wholesale orders processes

* Organized and able to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short time frames with limited supervision
* Comfortable and flexible with changing priorities
* Able to promote strong work ethics - punctual, reliable and responsible
* Highly motivated, a team player and a motivated self-starter

We'd love to hear from people with

* 4-6 years of project coordination and customer contact handling utilizing both written and verbal communication preferred
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Proficiency with technology and its function as a resource for solving problems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Applications

Denver, CO - $22.50/hr

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Denver, CO Call Center. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
