The Maternal Child Health RN Manager will oversee nursing and operations for this comprehensive unit. The Nurse Manager of Labor Delivery will manage a dedicated team of nurses, technicians, and support staff. The ideal candidate has strong management skills and experience with high risk deliveries. Reporting to the Director of Labor and Delivery, the Nurse Manager of Labor Delivery is responsible for managing budgetary operations, clinical staff, and for shaping the overall direction for assigned units. The Maternal Child Health RN Manager will also be expected to develop and evaluate educational programming for staff and continuous improvement initiatives. The Nurse Manager of Labor Delivery will use their comprehensive clinical and management skills to improve patient care and staff professional development.
