Providesmoderate to advanced technical systems support for a multitude of computerservices and desktop systems. Installs,configures, tests, troubleshoots issues, and applies system updates, virusprotection, and security components to desktop computers, laptops, printers,scanners, Mac Books, iPads, etc., in a timely manner. Monitors daily and night-time processes toensure successful execution of business systems. Conducts research and root cause analysis topermanently address recurring incidents and problems. Provides 24/7 end-user support includingon-call rotations as required. Worksdirectly with end-users to provide timely responses to support requests whileproviding outstanding customer service.
Graduatefrom an accredited two or four year college or university with major courseworkin computer or related field, or an equivalent combination of training andexperience; 3 to 5 years of experience. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
