Plant Manager

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Monitor Safety, Quality, Delivery and Production metrics to ensure they are being met.
  • 5-6 direct reports.
  • Project Management.
  • Oversee plant operations.
  • Provide direction and guidance for the development and putting into place of an annual business plan and budget.
  • Work towards continuous improvement.
  • Be a participating member on management, improvement, and project teams.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

  • Production Management Experience.
  • SME, APICS, CQE, Black Belt Certifications – Preferred.
  • 10+ years of Management or Supervisory Experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – preferred.
