GDIT has an exciting opportunity available for an Audio Visual (AV) Sustainment Support SME at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. This position requires someone with a current and active TS clearance. This position requires individuals who are self-motivated, suitably experienced, qualified, and able to follow instructions clearly but also able to make command decisions on the spot in order to achieve the aims of the organization. Provides technical audiovisual, multi-media, and video support services for meetings, conferences, training sessions and other events.
Program/Project Management the Contractors shall provide program management support to ensure successful completion of the migration and transition effort. The Contractor shall oversee all task activities and provide the leadership and controls necessary to meet deliverable targets, maintain staffing at levels required to satisfy customer requirements, interface directly with Government leads for all supported areas, and exercise control over all assigned task personnel.
Shall perform technical support, to include troubleshooting and break/fix actions, in support of USARPAC Command element and Sub-Unify Commands. The Contractor shall deploy to provide on-site technical support Sub-Unify Commands as directed. The Contractor shall monitor system performance and track usage.

Perform routine performance testing to ensure VTC equipment operate at optimal performance and capacity. The contractor shall maintain AV/VTC equipment operability through periodic maintenance. Site visits to Sub-Unify Commands may be required to ensure optimal system performance. Items to receive preventative maintenance include, but are not limited to:
- Control Interfaces
- Associated peripheral equipment such as monitors, controllers, and audio/video switches, etc.
- Cables and connectors, mounting hardware, cabinets, etc.
Provides technical audiovisual, multi-media, and video support services for meetings, conferences, training sessions and other events
- AA/AS, 5+ years experience
- Must have a current and active TS clearance
