Job Details for Administrative Assistant:

  • Schedule for Administrative Assistant: Part-time Monday- Friday 10 am- 2 pm
  • Pay Rate: $12-$14 based on experience
  • Temporary to hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Administrative Assistant:

  • Day to day management of event calendar
  • Planning of events and luncheons
  • Maintain confidential files and data
  • Any other duties to assist senior executives of the team

Job Requirements for Administrative Assistant:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • High school diploma
  • Proficient computer skills
