- Reps will be taking about 60-80 inbound calls per day regarding customers claims status.
- They offer supplemental insurance such as cancer policies and long-term care.
- They are expecting a surplus of calls regarding the letters they have sent out to their customer's about their premiums increasing.
- Monday through Friday
- 6 month contract to hire
- open availability from 8 am to 7 pm
- training for 6 weeks
- One year of RECENT call center experience
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
