Technical Customer Service Representative needed for an immediate 6 month contract assignment with our client in Farmington CT. This position will supports pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product ordering, availability and delivery.
- Provide proactive support to customers and actively strive to delight them.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding status of open orders, stock availability , and shipping info on the phone and through case management system.
- Expedite back orders.
- Log and research customer disputes.
- High volume of customer calls and emails to handle.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task a must.
- Pleasant professional demeanor.
- Past experience is a high volume customer service environment.
- Associates Degree.
