%26middot; Program Specialist will play a pivotal role in setting and achieving our growth goals for our Alternate Site Markets: Physician Offices, Education & Research, Surgery Center and Long-Term Care facilities.
%26middot; Responsible for growing, expanding and selling the Hybrent software system to our customer base.
%26middot; To gain exposure to all aspects of the Hybrent Program sales process, contribute to efforts to grow the Hybrent Program Closes in a designated territory.
%26middot; Assist internal sales partners in securing new business, lead development, successful customer presentations, growing system sales and overall program closures. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
%26middot; Under minimal supervision, build and maintain a list of targeted accounts, to make sales calls and prospecting calls within an assigned market/territory to obtain interest for the focus program.
%26middot; Call on potential and existing customers, as well as groups, within assigned territory (both independently and in collaboration with other Medline sales representatives) to achieve sales goals.
%26middot; Conduct formal presentation and sales calls (Owners, C Suite, Nurses, Physicians/Surgeons), present demonstration sessions regarding the software/program and implementation timeline and processes.
%26middot; Build relationships and effectively communicate within assigned accounts as well as with internal partners.
%26middot; Use a consultative approach to understanding customer needs and present viable program solutions.
%26middot; Full Sales Cycle management. Prospecting, follow up, progress pending contracts, successful closures and contract renewals.
%26middot; Develop target list of potential customers within assigned territory. Research customers, targets and their business.
%26middot; Gather data an information on customers and participate in developing and leading presentations relative to the program/software (working with the sales team).
%26middot; Analyze customer%26rsquo;s existing system and product needs.
%26middot; Develop project plans for customer integration/implementation in collaboration with project managers.
%26middot; Monitor sales goals, communicate pipeline status, achieving quota goals.
%26middot; Strong phone presence and WebEx demonstration skills.
%26middot; Minimum of 2 year commitment in role before transfer or promotion opportunities are available. Job Qualifications Education & Relevant Work Experience
%26middot; Bachelor%26rsquo;s degree
%26middot; 2 Years Sales Experience
%26middot; Experience developing presentations to various healthcare audience levels.
%26middot; Strong verbal and written communication skills / Inside Sales.
%26middot; WebEx demonstration skills. Additional
%26middot; Required 50% Travel (sales training, field visits, company meetings) within state and out of state.
%26middot; Software background is beneficial.
%26middot; Previous experience selling in healthcare industry.
%26middot; Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
Education Relevant Work Experience
- At least 2 years sales or related business experience.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels.
