The Receptionist Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control, and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Receptionist Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

The Receptionist Officer is a customer service driven position. If you have receptionist, hospitality, or retail industry background, you are a great fit for this role. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, issuing visitor badges via Visitor Management System (iVisitor).
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following client's instructions for house phone and console operation.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Badging Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail; verifying and logging receipt
    of data; obtaining missing data.                 
  • Process colleague and contractor 'Exception permissions," to enable colleagues to utilize the iVisitor pre-registration system.
  • Records data by operating data entry equipment; coding information; resolving processing problems.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
