In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support the Philips IGT Commercial Operations team with the strategic design of sales compensation plans, incentive programs, territory alignments and quota methodology. The role will further support a drive to consistency and data quality. This role will help build effective metrics and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales compensation plans.

You are responsible for

* Provide support in design and creation of sales compensation plans and incentive programs to drive strategic initiatives and support company objectives

* Create compensation models, sensitivity analysis and conduct statistical analysis

* Drive the development of sales compensation communication materials for the multiple sales groups

* Continuous improvement in sales quota methodology and deployment process

* Perform analysis to optimize the territorial expansions and alignments across multiple sales groups

* Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the sales compensation plans

* Analyze trends in sales compensation and territory alignments and build intelligence through reporting

You are a part of

The IGT-D Commercial Operations Design team who will directly report to the Senior Manager, Commercial Operations Design.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

* 5+ years of experience in building sales compensation plan, quota, and territory design

* Bachelor's degree required

* Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills

* Experience working and communicating with large sales teams and relevant stakeholders

* Familiarity with sales alignment, territory planning, reporting and analytics

* Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues and ideas

* Self-starter who loves taking initiative and proactively provide suggestions to streamline and improve processes

* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with total discretion

* Ability to influence and collaborate with the management team

* Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments

Preferred Qualification:

* Healthcare/medical device industry experience is plus

* Experience using Anaplan to design and build sales compensation plans, quotas, and territory design

* Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik)

* Experience in large scale commercial operations integration or transformation

* Experience in large scale operational process improvement
