Job Description:

The contractor will be interacting with employees on the floor doing safety assessments, job analysis or they may lead an EHS project like ergonomics or sustainability. They will be conducting injury investigations and interacting with the corporate EHS team being part of the corporate EHS projects.

Job Duties:

Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring company environment, health and safety (EHS) programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state and local environmental health and safety regulations. Work to reduce company risk and liability in all aspects of EHS. Assists in a variety of duties to include, sampling, observations, training and inspections. Works with stakeholders in the organization during space planning, building expansions and/or other changes in facilities or work areas to ensure EHS requirements and regulations are met. Assists with root cause analysis when EHS incidents occur and recommends corrective action where environmental, health and safety hazards exist. Responsible for monitoring and driving sustainability initiatives.


Intermediate professional with practical knowledge of job area.

Works under moderate supervision to set objectives for own job area.

Communicates with contacts inside and outside own team to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures

Identifies and addresses changes within own job area.

Works to achieve operational targets with some impact on departmental results.


Experience or training in injury investigation
