OfficeTeam is looking for an efficient part time Administrative Assistant with advanced technical skills for an established CPA firm in Fresno. Their business has seen increased growth which is why they are adding to their stellar team! We are currently seeking candidates who are driven, advanced technical skills and at least 2 - 4 years of recent experience. The Administrative Assistant must be able to handle a busy office organizing and maintaining the office flow of paperwork, ordering supplies, communicating with clients and vendors, and other duties including answering multiple incoming calls, taking messages, scheduling, filing, scanning, copying, and all other clerical duties. All potential Administrative Assistants will be tested in all areas of Microsoft and Data Entry. Preference will go to Administrative Assistants who have worked in positions that required support work in Accounting or Human Resources departments. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am ? 5:00 PM . Compensation ranges from $14.00 - $18.50 based on experience in industry, and type of work.
