Provides day to day oversight of the EEG scheduling, billing, and other departmental processes. Provides guidance and clinical
Supervision to the EEG students doing their clinicals. Performs routine, sleep, portable, death determination, neonatal EEG
recordings and video EEG monitoring for adult and pediatric patients. Patient population includes neonates to geriatrics. Shares on-call and weekend coverage as required. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc. Job Qualifications:
High School diploma. Completion of an accredited/formal EEG program or on the job training required. Abret
Registry eligible. Neuroanatomy course a plus. AHA BLS Certification required. One to three years
previous experience in hospital related environment required.
