Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college preferred.
  2. Recent College Graduate.
  3. Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers.
  4. Maintain a working knowledge of company products and services.
  5. Regular attendance and punctuality.
  6. Ability to work on-site.
  7. Ability to work cooperatively with others and deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
  8. Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Ability to interchange with others in the department.

Job Description:

  1. Prepare and submit a sales quotation to the customer, including thermal design, costing, terms and conditions, and specification review and clarifications.
  2. Communicate and research customer needs to develop competitive and applicable offerings.
  3. Negotiate with customers to obtain orders while focusing on company profitability and the ability to fabricate within quotation constraints.
  4. Document sales activity of assigned proposals within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  5. Comply with the requirements of the Tender Review and Approval Process as required.
  6. Attend design verification meetings, if required, to successfully transition order management to Projects.
  7. Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends, government regulations, and shop capabilities.
  8. Source and negotiate pricing and delivery from sub-suppliers during the quotation stage. Participate in sales forecasting and planning.
