Role Overview
As a member of the store field team the Platform Injector is an experienced injector with a full book of clients that they will bring with them to Alchemy 43. This role will report directly to the Director of Operations and Training. This Platform injector role will demonstrate pride for the brand via social media and, as needed, represent Alchemy 43 at local and national events and partner with the leadership team as a strategic advisor. In addition, this injector will see clients and deliver a comprehensive experience for the client, anticipating every aspect of the needs of the client from the moment they bring the client into the treatment room. The end goals of an unmatched in-person client experience, amazing client outcomes, consistency, and an elevated level of service will be achieved utilizing the process of assessment using the Canfield Vectra software, diagnosis, collaboration with client on treatment goals, the treatment itself, post-treatment monitoring and evaluation under the supervision of the Medical Director.
Responsibilities:
* Foster and build a robust client list with comprehensive client attraction and retention strategies in place.
* Represent Alchemy 43 as a brand ambassador - Interact with social media followers - providing information about the brand, services and promotions to drive clients into stores
* Develop and implement KPIs, adjust strategies based on track and measure conversion rates, engagements and other key metrics for campaigns; adjust as needed
* Gain client/ model consent and record procedures as appropriate to build content library
* Partner with the leadership team to provide recommendations and insights to fuel the company's sustainable growth, and provide an insider perspective into the business
* Successfully complete the Alchemy 43 training course on injectables and customer service
* Deliver best in class cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
* Conduct client consults and treatment plans
* Leverage resources and tools provided by Alchemy 43 and make recommendations to enhance adoption of the Alchemy 43 branded experience
* Educate clients on all offerings of Alchemy 43 including membership, services, products, after-care
* Conduct a thorough client assessment and make holistic recommendations for procedures and products that compliment treatments and enhance results
* Synergistically work with Alchemy 43 leadership team, fellow injectors, and support team
* Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies and procedures
* Effectively utilize all IT systems to include but not limited to Canfield Imaging Software, Patient EMR, client engagement software and all other equipment
Requirements:
* Up-to-date, state specific RN, NP, or PA license Minimum of three years experience working in Medical Aesthetics delivering independent cosmetic injectable treatments such as Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm, and Restylane
* Able to convert product and procedure details into a holistic treatment plan.
* Drive for results; our environment is driven by successful client and member outcomes.
* Must be comfortable and thrive in an environment driven by goals.
* Passion for the aesthetics industry
* A solid presentation style and/or previous training experience is important.
* Knowledge, experience and desire to record and post on social media as a representative of the Alchemy 43 brand
* Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills
* Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members
* Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language
