The company specializes in made-to-spec parts that are used in critical medical and transportation applications, which include the fabrication of large metal weldments, precision sheet metal fabrication, and CNC machining of small, medium, and large devices.

Office Assistant

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing Filing system.
  • Office Assistant/Receptionist
  • Scanning - AP, AR and HR documents
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Matching packing slips to invoices, checking prices on invoices against PO
  • Filing and scanning for AP & AR
  • Data entry
  • Reconciling AP statements
  • Other projects as needed
  • Making calls to vendors for missing invoices

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or associate's degree
  • Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
  • Previous experience with AR and AP
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Ability to multitask
