International privately own food processing co that has over 50 years of continue success and doubled their sales in the last eight years. The co has six processing plants and distribution centers in the US and this position is at their largest facility located in south FL. The co will offer someone a great opt for growth and stability.
The position will report to the Director of QC and be responsible for all sanitation functions on the third shift. The position will supervise a crew 2 leads and 10 techs. Will be responsible for all training and developing the SSOP procedures and functions, track inventory and usage of all cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures.
The co needs a hands on manager or supervisor with two or more years experience in the food packaging industry. Must have experience in wet wash, scheduling and plant safety procedures.
