Top Skills:1) Active Directory - the technician will have to add/delete users within AD for the external customers
2) Desktop Support -- supporting external customers in a Windows 7/10 environment most common issues are getting into the registry
3) MS Office -- troubleshooting and installation -- coaching the users on Word and PowerPoint
The candidate will be responsible for tier 1/2 support for our external clients' networks. This person will install, configure and troubleshoot and hardware and software issues. Project work will include upgrades and refreshes. Might have to set up new offices for their customers including pulling cable, setting up the network, connecting devices (desktops, laptops, printers, etc) to the network, and installing applications/software to the devices.
