Company In Elizabeth is looking for a temp-hire HR Generalist Job Description/Duties " General HR Function " Conduct Orientation - development & training " New hire paperwork " Recruitment and Conduct interviews " Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits " Employee relations " Oversees employee labor laws and regulations to assure compliance " Recruit & staffing logistics " Company & employee communication " Support employees when human resources issues arise with efficient problem-solving " Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees' safety " Maintain an accurate employee, temp and administrative data base " Perform clerical administrative activities including enrollments, transfer, and terminations (also agency employees) " Provide a blend of diplomacy and professionalism in researching and resolving inquiries and problems issues impacting the work force " Conduct GMP's " Strict Confidentiality and open mind when dealing with Employee matters " Benefit management.
