Available Positions for Customer Service Representatives! OfficeTeam has an excellent job opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative looking to expand their career. This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania region and is a temporary to full-time position. You will report directly to the National Operations Supervisor. The position provides support to the Customer Service Unit and is responsible for accurately and independently handling/processing loss history letters and related requests. Some documents are printed from web-based templates while others require research and analysis. This is a part-time position with hours from 9:00am - 2:00pm. Responsibilities: - Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion - Organize and route incoming emails and calls - Process Loss Runs, Claims Histories, Credentialing Letters, Proof of Insurance - Refer clients to the appropriate Claims representative for additional report details - Support internal new business submission process by entering all new business submissions and set up client files; pre-screening applications and corresponding with agencies and sales team to obtain missing information, and route applications within the underwriting department. - Process and route paper and electronic correspondence - Collect, sort/distribute unit mail and faxes - Perform other duties or projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Skills Required: ? Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. ? Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and an automated workflow process. ? Strong attention to detail. ? Effective oral and written communication skills. ? Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of detail and quality control. ? Minimum of 2 years of relevant corporate office work experience required.
