The CSI Companies is actively seeking a Healthcare (Medicade) Customer Service Representative for our client located in the Chicago, IL area.
We are looking for someone who is available to work the following hours:
- Mon- Fri 8 hours a day 40 hours a week
Details:
The Contract Coordinator will work directly with providers to ensure proper contracting documents are received.
Duties:
- Will review documentation to ensure completeness.
- Will work in conjunction with contractor to ensure complete load of assigned contracts.
Requirements:
- Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent
- Related experience of Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes or previous work experience in regulatory environment
- Must have experience with outbound calls and proper phone etiquette
