Press Releases
• Project manage the production of press releases, maintain release calendar, oversee the writing and editing of releases
• Post files to an external website and social media platforms

Proposals / Presentations
• Oversight of all presentations and internal interaction with vendors
• Write and Design presentations
• Onsite support for the team to include but not limited to coordination of rehearsal space and accompanying food and beverage and audio equipment
• Strong Project management background
• Develop and write content for proposals using previous proposal content as well as writing new copy through research and input from internal teams and external resources
• Manage, alongside MarCom team, printing, production, and shipping of presentations/proposals to ensure deadlines are met

Award Applications
• Coordinate annual award application process to include ensuring nominees are selected in a timely manner, tracking deliverables and managing schedule.
• Coordinate with all parties so video, photography, write-ups, applications, and presentations are produced in a world-class manner.
