As a High Volume Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for non-exempt candidates in the airline industry. This may involve full cycle recruiting (planning/attending career events, screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, employment branding, benefit and culture questions, follow through after the candidate is hired). This is a virtual/near Site opportunity located in the San Francisco (SFO) area. 3-6+ month W-2 contract with opportunity for contract extensions.
What you need * 1-2+ years of recruitment experience * Event planning experience related to Interviewing & Hiring events * Experience with college/university recruiting & events * Ability to travel to San Francisco once per week for hiring events and/or community outreach recruiting * Experience with Taleo ATS highly preferred * Ability to use his/her own vehicle for local travel
