lJob Summary: This Product Inspector role will be responsible for inspecting and auditing parts and assemblies at various stages (Receiving to Final) of production to insure the product meets quality standards established by the Quality Assurance Department, while performing other duties as instructed by the supervisor.
Inspecting components received by suppliers
Evaluate & prepare Non-conforming material & reports
Prepare & report Certificate of Compliance to customers
Inspect units & assemblies at various stages of completion to specifications
Inspect units to ensure the methods/procedures were followed and they perform to specifications
Knowledgeable on Business systems & software programs a must
Interpret blueprints and inspect components received by suppliers
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work 2nd Shift
Experience working in a manufacturing environment desirable
TECHNICAL SKILLS Requirements:
Knowledgeable of safety and security measures when utilizing equipment & materials
Ability to work independently
Minimum of 0-01 years' experience in Quality and Auditing desirable
Experience working with hand held measuring devises desirable
