Marketplace Analytics Manager

Deloitte Nashville, TN (On Site) Full-Time
Position Summary

The Marketplace Analytics Manager works closely with leaders across Sales Excellence to perform data-driven analyses to support business insights and decisions. Coordinates and manages the processes and team members to collect, process, analyze, and report client and marketplace information.

Work you'll do

* Use CRM data to develop insights that will guide strategic decisions within the Risk & Financial Advisory business.
* Build, develop and maintain analytics strategies, reporting systems, and dashboards that support decisions related to opportunity prioritization, resource allocation, and pursuit strategies.
* Prepare and maintain reports on results of analytical initiatives for Sales Excellence leaders and other senior leader stakeholders.
* Oversee data and reporting requests from individual Sales Excellence and other stakeholders: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, responses, etc.
* Anticipate future demands and implement continuous improvement for client and marketplace related analysis and reporting.
* Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables.
* Develop and supervise junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

* BS or BA degree
* 5+ years of experience leading project teams in a professional services environment or performing analytics and reporting tasks related to sales, pursuits, business development, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
* Experience with data maintenance and reporting in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool
* Experience creating executive-level project reporting
* Experience in professional services, consulting environment
* Knowledge of how professional services are sold and delivered, why clients buy, and the competitive landscape
* Experience presenting information to senior business leaders
* High degree of proficiency in Excel and working experience with Tableau
* Strong analysis, data manipulation, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities
* Ability to travel less than 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in VBA, SQL, R, Python, or other analytics/visualization software
* Knowledge of Deloitte's cross-business Sales Excellence capability and Pursuit Lifecycle
* Collaborative sales mindset to work as part of a Sales Excellence team
* Strong attention to detail, organized, and dependable
* Strong written, communication and presentation skills

This compensation range is specific to New York City or Jersey City and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $106480 to $177470.
