Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Java Developer to join a government consulting firm for a hybrid opportunity.
This Jave Developer will work on cutting-edge projects, leveraging skills in both front-end and back-end development.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Write efficient, testable, and reusable code for both front-end and back-end components.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications: - 2-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.
- Active Secret Clearance (requirement) - Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred experience - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Compensation: - Salary ranging from $90,000 to $95,000 per year.
- Hyybrid 1 day/ week onsite at Ft.
