A professional services organization is seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their team in Chicago.


  • Receiving and acknowledging claims, determining their validity, and investigating and gathering information regarding the claim.
  • Developing and documenting an action plan with the case manager and outcomes manager to reduce overall cost of the claim.
  • Coordinating early return-to-work efforts with the case manager and employer.
  • Actively managing the litigation process.


  • Expert level knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office.
  • 2+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims management.
  • A deep understanding of claims administration, case management and cost containment solution as applicable to Workers' Compensation.
