Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Collegeville, PA
Duration: Long term contract
Shift: 12AM - 9AM
Determine requirements by reviewing online support request forms created by end users.
• Prioritize tickets based on severity of issue
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
