Position Summary

As the Senior Vice President of Small Business Fuel, you will be responsible for growing a new business line, while building a successful team. 

Summary Essential Job Functions

  • Set the direction and goals for small business fuel based on a sound strategy, industry trends, and strong analytics.
  • Define the product and customer value proposition and lead the team to deliver.
  • Utilize management skills and attention to detail to oversee the implementation of new features, products, and marketing plans.
  • Work closely and effectively with partners outside of Credit One Bank and departments within the bank to drive projects to completion.
  • Own the overall success of the program and regularly update peers and executives on successes, improvements, and the status of the program.
  • Effectively manage direct-report personnel, solve problems, and resolve issues with the flexibility and creativity required to overcome challenges as they arise.


Position Requirements

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as accounting, business administration, finance, mathematics, marketing, or economics.
  • Demonstrate proven leadership skills and effective communication ideas with words, both written and spoken.
  • Must be a flexible, proactive problem-solver and self-starter who views obstacles as opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


  • An advanced degree, experience in analytics, and 10+ years of experience within the financial or small business fuel / fleet industry.
