Daily Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Handle calls from Medicare members across the nation
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
Requirements of a Customer Service Representative:
- 2+ years of call center experience
- 1+ years of healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Medical terminology/knowledge and understanding of Medicare
Hours for this Position:
April-September: Monday – Friday (no weekends), anytime between 8 am and 8 pm
October-March: Monday-Sunday, anytime between 8 am and 8 pm
