We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative with an elite healthcare service. This is an exciting opportunity for you to focus on member needs by assessing, evaluating and optimizing patient health plans.

The Customer Service Representative will act as the first point of customer contact for incoming or outbound calls regarding their health plans. CSR's will be responsible for gathering and verifying demographic information, utilize tools and critical thinking, and route calls as appropriate following standard operating procedures.

  • Answer incoming or make outbound calls to members
  • Gather and verify information using computer software and systems
  • Use tools and problem solving skills to identify immediate needs, including potential crisis calls, route calls to appropriate resource
  • Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, including punctuality and attendance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
