RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Customer Service Representative in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO). Responsibilities:
- Work within automated processes on the team
- Enter information, correct errors, and process tickets for branch locations
- Assist customers with information needed, record conversation in company database and ensure customer satisfaction
- Bachelors' degree in Communications, English, or Business preferred
- Detail and team oriented
- Quick learner and self-motivated
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills (efficient typing skills) with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications preferred
- Willingness and ability to work varied hours
