OfficeTeam is searching for a sharp Office Assistant to assist the operations team in this busy, well established manufacturing company in Anaheim.

Essential duties will include:

Review daily front office procedures and assure proper transmission of all necessary information to the Central Office.
Assist in managing inventory and plan weekly production schedule accordingly
Help process customer orders
Assist Manager in collecting employee payroll information.
Receive and resolve customer complaints and employee issues in a timely manner.
Assure discreet handling of all business
Provide administrative support with front desk operational functions, to include but not limited to, greeting employees, visitors and clients, handling client transactions/entering invoices, answering phones, ordering supplies, and managing equipment maintenance

At least 3+ years of prior RECENT administrative/clerical experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must type at least 60 wpm
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have excellent follow-up skills
Outstanding time management skills
