* Creates and develops technical drawings requiring specialized knowledge of building types.
* Utilizes extensive knowledge of architectural design, building materials, construction methods, integration of engineering disciplines and building costs and codes in preparation of documents
* Assists in the development of presentation materials and drawings for client meetings.
* Assembles the necessary technical documentation for design development and construction document phases
* Collects and analyzes technical data to determine and implement project requirements for documentation.
* Performs construction administration tasks including shop drawing review and document modifications.
* Maintains knowledge of all company standards for each assigned project and adheres to them in preparation of documents
* Performs and reviews documents for compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, ordinances, regulations, statutory and documentation requirements.
* Serves as Document Team Leader on assigned projects
* Collaborates with the design team to develop the overall project design to address the client's needs inclusive of budget, schedule and vision.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* 5+ years experience in architecture with supervisory management experience
* Experience in the areas of hospitality and institutional projects is preferred

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

* Bachelors of Architecture is required.
* Advanced Computer and Information Management Skills (AutoCAD).
* Fully capable using Revit.
* License preferred
