Looking for a career in Customer Service? Our client in the Western Suburbs is seeking to grow their team with motivated, career driven individuals who take pride in servicing their customers. If you are interested in applying, please submit your resume below.

Location: Lisle

Type: Temporary - to -hire

Pay: $15/hr + commission

Hours: Monday - Saturday, must be available between 6:00AM - 8:00PM.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representatives:

  • Ensure positive customer service for all incoming calls
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries
  • Understand company products to best service the customer
  • Upsell company warranties for products
  • Keying in customer demographic information into the system
  • Update customer profiles
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements for Customer Service Representatives:

  • Customer Service experience, call center preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate ability and eagerness to learn
  • Possesses a team-based mentality
