We are excited to welcome a dynamic IT System Support Specialist to our beautiful office in Denver, CO.

The goal of the role: As an IT System Support Specialist, you will be responsible for PC desktop support, troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software as well as addressing other technical issues in a timely manner.

What will you be doing?

• Resolving operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements
• Analyzing root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions
• Handling escalated issues and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly
• Developing preventive measures and documenting issue resolution procedures
• Evaluating current operational processes and recommend improvements
• Monitoring system operations and troubleshooting problem
• Installing, supporting and maintaining network and system tools
• Maintaining daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities
• Addressing customer issues promptly and accurately
• Performing related projects and duties as needed

You could be a great fit with these qualifications:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience is required
• 2+ years’ experience in an IT Systems infrastructure position
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to establish priorities, work collaboratively, and meet objectives
• Must have a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Creative, self-motivated with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
