About the Opportunity:

- We have multiple LPN opportunities available for an honorable, state-funded, and fully accredited long term health care facility located in Boston, MA

- For over 100 years, they offer Residential, Nursing, and Long Term Care programs to eligible Massachusetts Veterans

LPN Responsibilities:

- Monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition

- Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation

- Consulting with RNs on care plans

LPN Qualifications:

- 1+ years of clinical experience as an LPN

- An active professional LPN license
