• Accurately transports guests’ luggage to the assigned room following completion of the registration process.
• Picks up guests’ luggage upon departure and transports to proper form of transportation or delivers for storage.
• Provides fast and flawless guest service by providing guests with information regarding Hotel/Casino amenities, special events, and travel directions.
• Assists guests with room changes and maintains room key security.
• Actively participates in maintaining a spotless and safe working environment.
• Completes required room slip information and submits/forwards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follows and ensures compliance with all established safety and security guidelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a Bell Person/Doorman preferred.
• Must have the ability to lift/move up to one hundred pounds assisted and possess the mobility and dexterity required to meet the demands incumbent to this position.
• Must be able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Ability to sustain a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate written and verbal information effectively.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.

Starting at $14.81 per hour
