Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is currently recruiting for a full-time, high level administrative assistant with experience in the financial industry for a Client Services Assistant position. We are looking for someone to assist two Senior Financial Advisors and other staff members in all areas of administration and client service.  The Client Services Assistant provides administrative, transactional, technical and client service support for Senior Advisors and other staff to ensure superior delivery of customer service.   Location: Visalia, Direct-Hire Responsibilities and Duties: •         Assist with day to day client needs such as:  account updates, preparing client meeting materials, notes & documentation, account maintenance & research, support with Account View, client mailings & follow up communications •         Field client inquiries and promptly resolve service transactions •         New account support - open and accurately process new client paperwork •         Process client service items including transfer of assets, withdrawals, beneficiary changes, etc. to completion •         Assist in completing transactional activity such as trades, distributions and fund transfers •         Set up and maintain client information in client information database •         Maintain exceptional records of client phone calls & communications in client database   Qualifications: •         5+ years of experience in the financial or investment management industry (preferred) •         Bachelor's degree in related major (preferred but not required) •         Series 7 and 63 License (highly preferred) •         Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or other CRM software) and other industry related software required Please call Kristin at 559.256.1940 or email ksweeney@ultimatestaffing.com   We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
