Responsible for leading, defining and driving the product backlog, managing priorities within cross-functional teams and making smart, data driven decisions to have the biggest business impact.Supports the organization by developing and implementing product offerings and processes to scale the business.Job Description1. Works with cross-functional teams (enablement, technology, and operations) to develop and support the product offering. Coordinate product development and collects and analyzes data to determine the effect of products in production.2. Leads the development of the product line strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis of the business and market landscape.3. Develops and defines tools and processes to support and scale the enterprise business.4. Drives the implementation of new product offerings through clear communication, cross functional collaboration, and project management.5. Dives deep into customer needs, user stories (high-level functional and non-functional requirements), and edge cases. Creates buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.6. Defines strategy, executing plans and delivering features and products.7. Gathers, analyzes, and prioritizes inputs from our customers, internal customers and partners and synthesizes them into a clear and justifiable set of product requirements that will drive the development of our product vision.8. Refines product backlog, as needed, in addressing delivery impediments or product quality issues.9. Translates business priorities into actionable, clearly communicated product stories for technology.10. Provides leadership, as part of our product development process, representing the voice of the customer during product definition, product UI design and bug triage. Guides and drives cross-functional initiatives and alignment with key partner/organizations.11. Investigates facts and reviews problems during the design and planning phases, displaying an understanding of products and their functionality.12. Develops working knowledge of software and technologies that support the products.13. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.14. Reviews enablement/go-to-market strategies, including product direction and future product development to manage a product or product category's life cycle.15. Interfaces with engineers, designers, Scrum Masters, and Stakeholders to develop user stories.16. Prepares and coordinates product introductions and updates.17. Works closely with customers/agencies to identify key needs and appropriate product solutions.18. Identifies new business opportunities and creates appropriate business plans.19. Reviews proposed new market opportunities for consideration.20. Establishes new market opportunities (i.e., products/services, technologies, markets).21. Provides guidance on the development of feasibility studies.22. Functions as a resource for less staff.Knowledge & Skills Experience in a product owner role (either in a B2C or B2B environment) Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Detail oriented Entrepreneurial approach to solving problems and executing on initiatives as part of owning the product line strategy and vision Leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects within tight deadlines. Ability to both build strategy for product as well as follow implementation Coordinating multiple teams to ensure implementation. Excellent analytical abilities Ability to put a decision-making framework around complex/unclear problems. Balance critical thinking with creative problem-solving Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
