Looking for 25 CSR's to support a United Health Group program for setting up mammograms. Preventative care for the outreach program(annual mammogram screening). Will be working in the consumer engagement department. Need to empathize with members the importance of getting scheduled. Will be a full service program. Scheduling, handling appointments, checking in to make sure they are reminded for the appointment.. United Healthcare medicare business. Will be making outbound calls and will be working on a dialer. Back to back calls all day, with 1Min breaks. 50 calls a day/avg, but will be higher to start.
Not typical call center environment.
It is a call center and will be working with intake agents. Culture for consumer engagement is very important. Common to do daily competitions for setting the most scheduling's and is very upbeat. Will pass out ("Supervisor Bucks") to buy prizes. They want people to be relaxed. Have town halls, pot lucks.
- Call Center is preferred, but is not required. Retail background has helped
- High School Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Excel Experience
- Must be able to pass a lifetime background check
- Must be bale to pass a drug screening
- Shift: Training: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
After training: Need to be flexible working between the hours of 6:00am-6:00pm
- Start date is May 28th
