What does an ASSISTANT MANAGER do?
Direct, control and coordinate shift operations
Interviewing, hiring and orientating new employees
Train and develop Team Members
Manages inventory/waste and labor controls
Cash management, count drawers, and bank deposits
Profit and Loss analysis
Evaluate Team Member performance
Other duties as assigned
What we Require of you:
Ability to work a 50 hour work week (including nights, weekends and some holidays)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of management experience required; food service/restaurant experience preferred
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
Basic Computer Skills
Strong Math Skills and ability to count money accurately
Upbeat and Outgoing Personality
Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time
Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and reaching.
