Office Manager Tunbridge Wells, Kent

FREEADS Kent, WA (Onsite) Full-Time

This role would suit a well-organised person who is able to multitask and juggle various responsibilities. Interested candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong IT skills including MS Word and MS Excel. You will be comfortable liaising with a wide range of colleagues from Directors to colleagues out in the field.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organising diaries and arranging meetings
  2. Fielding calls and emails
  3. Organising travel arrangements
  4. Researching internal projects
  5. Gatekeeper to CEO
  6. Office Management
  7. Balancing office admin budget
  8. Ordering stationery and equipment
  9. Supervising, monitoring and engaging contractors (cleaning / building maintenance / waste etc)
  10. Reviewing and implementing the company's health and safety policy, fire safety and associated policies to maintain compliance with good practice and legal requirements
  11. General office administration (postal needs, couriers, stationery, cleaners, kitchen supplies, equipment vendors and IT outsource providers for support of telephone systems, network infrastructure, mobile telephones and internet)
  12. Supporting the HR Team
  13. Liaising with colleagues and dealing HR queries
  14. Maintaining company HR documentation
  15. Arranging paperwork, offer letters and induction for new joiners
  16. Maintaining Company policy and procedures in respect of holiday leave, sick leave and administration of associated systems
  17. Organising training and development of staff in coordination with departmental heads
  18. Organising staff uniforms and monitoring stock levels


Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730
