ICF Next is looking for a Business Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting Federal communications efforts. The candidate will oversee business components of a larger contract, handle project coordination, perform reporting and administrative functions across the account, and support contract mechanisms and other business activities.

The candidate will assist with financial tracking, contract oversight, and procurement to help projects meet their contractual and business goals.

Location: The successful candidate will be located in Reston, VA where our headquarters is located, or open to working in a remote capacity anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities:

+ Process and coordinate contract deliverables such as weekly and monthly reports

+ Attend meetings, develop agendas, and take meeting notes

+ Provide a variety of administrative support to a complex project or multiple projects

+ Setup and coordinate new consultant and subcontractor agreements; manage and track the invoicing of consultants and subcontractors for numerous projects

+ Submit and track requests for vendors and purchases across various work streams

+ Assist with financial tracking across multiple projects

+ Support with contract mechanisms across complex or multiple projects including but not limited to contract agreements, procurement, and contractual compliance

+ Work on multiple projects, often juggling priorities and working with tight deadlines

+ Create and edit correspondence documents, reports, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

+ Work closely with client and internal team members

+ Participate in special projects as required

+ Assist with developing schedules and timelines

Basic Qualifications:

+ 1+ year of professional experience

+ 1+ year of experience overseeing/managing components of projects

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 1+ year of Federal government experience

+ BS/BA in Business, Economics, Communications

Professional Skills:

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Proficient in Windows PC environment, including Microsoft Office applications

+ Excellent client service skills

+ Communicates clearly and concisely and works well with all types of personalities

+ Strong organizational and time management skills and extreme attention to detail

+ Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final salary for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The salary range for Colorado is -

$55,089.00 - $93,652.00
