ITAC Solutions is looking for a professional Administrative Assistant to work with a client of ours in the Birmingham, Alabama area.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

Providing administrative to support to an executive.

Scheduling meetings and providing preparation

Creating documents, reports and presentations.

Maintaining professional correspondence via email, phone and in person.

Managing electronic files, reports and invoices and ensuring accuracy.

Assisting with open enrollment, benefits and new hire onboarding.

Auditing files, handling mail and preparing outgoing mail.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

Work experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Ability to multiple task and work in multiple software systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication.
