Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant that has a passion for connecting with prospects, understanding business challenges, and most importantly, figuring out how these problems can be solved leveraging our clients' unique solutions. The Sales Consultant uses excellent skills to ensure they fully understand our future customer's business. Connecting with commercial awareness to create a bigger picture; therefore, allowing them to highlight the specific benefits and features of the client's software. 

In this client-facing role, the Inside Sales Consultant provides sales and market feedback to our clients by crafting and testing market-specific messaging and value propositions, increasing the number and quality of sales opportunities secured, maximizing revenue for the organization, and capturing the relevant data to support your findings. 
 
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Rate: $30,000 Base Salary + Commission
Job Description:
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly quotas for pipeline and revenue
  • Sell solutions, not just capabilities with a consultative sales approach
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Train and coach client teams, providing consultative sale services
  • Provide thoughtful, insightful, and professional market summaries that reflect market feedback to develop future strategy and process
  • Maintain minimum metrics for the role
  • Understand the changing business and technology needs that our potential clients face
  • Stay up to date on and knowledgeable of technology trends
REQUIREMENTS 
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Competitive and Driven Attitude
  • Ability to grasp multiple offerings from different clients and multi-task among them
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Effective sales skills and the ability to consistently apply those skills to achieve quotas and goals
